The Las Vegas Valley Bicycle Club thanks the riders, volunteers, sponsors and the Northwest Career and Technical Academy (Academy) for their help and participation in the 2010 Poker Run.  We raised funds for the Culinary and Hospitality students at the Academy and they are looking forward to the next Poker Run.  The academy was perfect as a home base for this ride providing lots of parking, large clean restrooms, lunch facilities, and a covered amphitheater with plenty of seating.  Our sponsors Peloton Sports, ProCyclery, and Gizmo Socks provided over 75 prizes, which meant that with only 52 participants, everyone had the chance to win something even if they didn’t win one of the three cash prizes.

 We hope to see you all at our next Poker Run.  We look forward to an even larger event next time.
